Spa Policy

Our policy is designed to ensure that you have the best experience while you are here.  We will always do our best to help you, and we promise to respond to your queries as quickly as possible.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and cash.
Apple pay and cashapp pay are also accepted.
 

Appointments, Arrivals, and Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out your required forms.

  • Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

  • A 50% deposit fee through a credit card is required at the time of booking all appointments. We hold this fee as part of our cancellation policy and will only make the necessary changes to your account. (See *Cancellation Policies and Fees* for more detail)​

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not notify us of your absence, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and will result in a fee of 50% of the total service.

  • Please note that we have set the specific amount of time necessary for completing each service to allow our guest to receive a full experience. Late arrivals will result in a shorter experience, and client will be responsible for the amount of  the full service.

  • If you are experiencing any cold, flu or other illness symptoms, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Contact us by email - contact@caitebeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you.

  • At this time, additional guests and children are not allowed to accompany you, with the exception of individuals under 18 who have an appointment, must have a legal parent or guardian with you.

Cancellation Policies and Fees 

  • We understand that life gets in the way and appointments need to be canceled. However, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • ​

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no call-no show will result in being charged 50% of the service.

  • ​

  • Any unpaid balances of products or services will result in cancellation of any future purchases and bookings.

  • ​

  • For pre-purchased series of treatments, the missed appointment (without notice) will still apply to the series and will not be refunded

  • ​

  • Prices of services and products are subject to change at anytime without notice.

  • ​

  • *Please note that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and a client on my waiting list misses the opportunity to receive services*

Refunds and Returns Policy

  • We are unable to process any returns or refunds for any payment transaction on any of our products and services. All sales are final.

Other Tips For Your Visit

  • Cell phones must be turned off or put on silent and place away with other belongings during your service.

  • Please do not bring any valuables with you; we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items.

  • ​
